It is an online store for Chilli Ideas branded merchandise owned and operated for and on behalf of Veeam by Prominate. Prominate’s representative (licensee) in EMEA is Chilli Ideas SRL.
Please navigate to Coupa system via SSO to access Prominate EMEA eStore under Additional Stores section on Coupa home page:
- Branded items in stock. Items in stock already branded are available for ordering and delivery upon order confirmation.
- Unbranded items in stock. Items in stock unbranded are subject to branding confirmation and delivery time increased by production time communicated by Prominate service team upon order confirmation.
- On demand catalog items. Proposed items in the catalog that are not in stock will be ordered from Prominate suppliers and branded upon request.
Select the item/s from catalog, color (if applicable), quantity and ADD TO CART.
You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the VIEW CART button, in the top right corner.
The Shopping Cart page allows you to update the quantity of selected item/s, to remove item/s and / or continue shopping.
To confirm cart order, press Proceed To Checkout.
On Checkout page fill in Order Information from requester, Shipping details for recipient.
A summary of your order will be shown to you prior to the order being transferred to Coupa for approval. Based on Country, City and Zip code entered you might have different shipping methods available for choosing.
Click Transfer to Coupa to proceed with purchase requisition. You will be redirected to Coupa to finalize the order process with payment details.
- Click CUSTOM ORDER button to access the request form.
- Fill in the required details.
- A proposal will be returned promptly for your confirmation by the Prominate service team. Specific order considerations will be outlined by the Prominate service team.
- Obtain creative team approval.
- Obtain budget approval.
The following order statuses will be available on merchandize on eStore under “My Account -> Orders” section.
Status | Description |
Pending approval | Your order has been registered and is being processed.
If the selected products are in stock, they will be reserved. If selected products are no longer in stock, you will be contacted by our support team. |
Processing | Your order has been approved and PO number is received by Prominate. The order sent for processing (production if applicable and packing).
You can check the status of this order in “My Account -> Orders” section, available on the top right corner of the eStore. |
Shipped | The order is ready and picked up by the currier. The tracking information for your order is provided via automatic notification to the requester’s email. |

Delivery time varies depending on the following factors:
- Shipping method: depending on the destination country you might be able to choose between Express Shipping (by air) and Standard Shipping (by road). Express Shipping is faster and more expensive. The shipping method selected / available may determine how many days it takes for your package to reach its destination. Please use the shipping charts to estimate the number of business days for your delivery.
- Destination country: shipping to European countries is faster than shipping to countries in the Middle East or Africa. Example: if you choose Express Delivery this can vary from 3 business days (e.g., Germany) up to 17 business days (e.g., Libya).
- Customs clearance: shipping to a country outside of the European Union territory requires the goods to be declared to the Customs Authority when leaving and entering a country. This often means that delivery time will be extended.
- Type of order: if the products are on stock, you can expect the order to be picked up for delivery in the next business day after order confirmation; if the product selected in an “On demand”, then you can expect your order to be shipped out later.
We use DHL to deliver orders. Depending on delivery country, you might have the option to select the shipping service level you desire. The shipping method selected / available determinates the final shipping cost. On Checkout stage a cost for shipping will be displayed based on the required information provided.
The currency of all products on e-store is clearly displayed. Value Added Tax is given at the current rate within your cart and this may vary depending on your delivery location and tax status.
An e-mail notification that the order has been processed and shipped out will be sent on requester’s email address.
Check out order status in My account –> Orders –> click View on the order of your interest.
